Specialty shops, but I just find some online Tigi, which incidentally I bought the oatmeal & honey conditioner and it's great, it smells like vanilla well and has no silicone. I'm always recommending Tigi brand products. They are very good and smell great! I have to the fate of my city is sold in salons and takes me too close! lol.
